Overview
Beni shidare means “red and pendulous”. Leaves are deeply divided and dissected, comprised of between 7 to 9 lobes and reaching lengths of up to 10cm. Colouration is red in spring, turning bronze/green in summer and then orange in autumn. Introduced by the Yokohama Nursery Company, Japan, 1938.
